In this user agreement the "user" is defined as any individual using his/her or others accounts on Telaroo.com 1. ABOUT THE SERVICE ---------------------------------------------- The company Telaroo.com is the provider of the service Telaroo.com where the user as a member can create an account where he/she gets access to send SMS/text messages. Only messages to public personal mobile phone numbers will be delivered. The attempt to send to other numbers will not be accepted by the system. The service is accessible for all customers with a mobile phone subscription. The user will not be able to send messages until the Telaroo balance is credited with funds from a credit card. 2. MEMBERSHIP ---------------------------------------------- The users membership at Telaroo.com is personal, and cannot be used by other individuals. The user is responsible for keeping his or her password,login details and payment information confidential. 3. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT ---------------------------------------------- This agreement requires that the user is more than 18 years old. If the user does not meet the age requirement, his or her superiors must read and accept this user agreement prior to user registration. The superiors will by accepting this agreement be responsible for actions related to the use of this users account until age of majority. 4. RULES ---------------------------------------------- It is not allowed to send messages that can be perceived as discriminating, defamatory, pornographic or illegal in any way. Telaroo.com can not be used for advertisement or other commercial use. It is not allowed to send the same message to one recipient repeatedly, so-called spamming. If an account is being used for spamming, the account will be closed. 5. PAYMENT ---------------------------------------------- In order to send messages from Telaroo.com the user must deposit money into his/her Telaroo account using a credit card. When the transaction is accepted by PayEx (Telaroo payment operator) the Telaroo account will be credited with the deposit amount. The user will be able to send messages that cost less than the users available Telaroo balance. The user can at any time deposit more money into his/her Telaroo account, enabling him/her to send more messages. The minimum deposit amount is $10. Unused Telaroo balance will generally not be refunded. 6. CLOSE/TERMINATE ACCOUNT ---------------------------------------------- In order to terminate the membership on Telaroo.com the user have to contact Telaroo Support (bottom of page) with his or her login details. This is due to the requirement for a confirmation from the user to delete the account details. 7. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT ---------------------------------------------- We reserve the right to alter this user agreement. Information about substantial changes to the user agreement will be announced on Telaroo.com at least one month prior to the change. 8. ABUSE ---------------------------------------------- Telaroo.com reserves the right to close accounts if there is reason to suspect abuse of the service. In the case of severe abuse Telaroo.com will consider pursuing legal actions and demand economic compensation for eventual costs or losses. Accounts registered with stolen or false credit cards or personal information will be automatically closed. 9. PERSONAL INFORMATION ---------------------------------------------- All messages sent from the users account will be stored for 3 months. Only employees of Nevoada Ltd will have access to stored information, and are obligated to maintain secrecy. Information will be delivered to the police or other investigating organs on demand if Telaroo.com find this necessary. All information the users store will be treated confidentially according to English laws on user information confidentiality. Telaroo.com will not sell or in other ways distribute phone numbers registered at Telaroo.com 10. ADVERTISEMENT ---------------------------------------------- Telaroo.com reserves the right to send users at Telaroo.com up to 4 (four) advertisement SMS messages each month. 11. PRICES ---------------------------------------------- Telaroo.com reserves the right to at any time change the current prices on Telaroo.com. The prices will always be announced before the user sends the message. All generic prices per country are informed as minimum prices in that country. Individual operators within a given country can be more expensive, thus individual contacts in the users contact list might have prices higher than the country minimum. The user will always be informed with the current price of the message he/she is about to send. 12. Responsibility ---------------------------------------------- The material at Telaroo.com is delivered "as is", with no guarantees. In the degree allowed by English law, Telaroo.com takes no responsibility for the use of this product. Telaroo.com has neither responsibility for content in messages sent from Telaroo.com, nor from the eventual consequences of users abusing Telaroo.com (see Rules). Telaroo.com will aspire to send SMS messages as quickly as possible. Telaroo.com takes no responsibility for eventual delay in the sending of messages from Telaroo.com.
